HOW IT WORKS

Goals Consultation

We sit down with you for 30-45min to talk about your goals and make sure we can help guide you in your fitness journey to achieve those goals. We go into a nutrition assessment and get you set-up for your 1st 1-on-1 session with your Coach 4 Life.

Fitness Assessment

We guide you through our physical assessment which will let us see exactly where you sit in terms of muscle development and how we can best tailor your program to achieve your goals. The last assessment is a body fat analysis so we can track your progress over time.

Personalized Program

Your coach will create a tailored program specifically for you to achieve your goals both inside and outside of the gym. This also includes nutrition guidance to enhance results and form new healthy habits in the kitchen.
